My 30th birthday is in July, as well as my farewell party (moving to Europe for a year). I want to charter a boat for a party of 100-150 guests and host a 1920s-30s themed murder mystery dinner. I've got the murder mystery dinner part covered, and ideally, I'd like to provide the food and drinks myself (I have a very specific idea of what I want the night to be). Weaning my 6 month old from... any suggestions?

My 6 almost 7 (in a few days) month old daughter likes to fall asleep with a bottle in her mouth. I no longer feed because I am 4 and a 1/2 months pregnant with our second baby (Yes, quick I know) and my milk has turned back into colostrum. She wakes up in the middle of the night and the only thing that will put her back to sleep is a bottle. She doesn't take a pacifier and never has. I've tried it but she gags on it no matter what kind of pacifier it is. I know that it's my fault for letting her fall into this habit but I am trying to break it before she cuts teeth (she's starting to teeth but has no teeth yet). Any suggestions?

english spelling is hard enough for english people, let alone foreigners so do you think that english should adopt a strict new pronounciation based method of spelling? this would almost be impossible with the current english alphabet but if more clear vowel sounds were available and strict letters stood for strict sounds i think it could easily work and be easily adopted by the world's english speaking population. english is 1 incredibly difficult language to learn and then mastering to write it is a whole new challenge. for instance: "th" can make 2 different sounds such as in "the" or "three". "c" can make the sound of either a "k" or an "s" and what's the point of having an "x" because this is just the same as "ks"!! english has more vowel sounds than actual vowels so maybe it could adopt things like accents, cirflexes(hats) and the little dots to make the pronounciation clearer. i reallt think this would work and i would like to hear your views and ideas on it please!!!

Now the weird thing is this happened in 2007, and the NFL usually alternates the home team for interconference games, so the fans can see every NFL team at their home team's stadium, but for some reason this game was not alternated. Then I looked at the rest of the Chiefs' schedule, and I noticed that they play all the NFC North teams in the same stadiums as 2007. After some more investigating, I noticed this is the same case forr all teams in the AFC West (Chargers, Raiders, Broncos), as well as the NFC West (Cardinals, 49ers, Rams Seahawks). Why is this?

Cat Question Serious issue need help!?

We have 5 cats, and have never encountered this problem before but for the last week our 4 year old neutered male has been doing what i call a " positon", tank gets on top of our about 8 month old cat blue, which is not neutered he gets on top of him, he doesent actually hump, he only gets on top and makes the weiredest meow ive ever heard he also bites onnthe scruff of blues neck holding him down, we have another kitten skittles which is also around the same age as blue and shes a female, i havent noticed any signs of heat, could she be coming into heat and our older cat is confused with the wrong cat?, but that brings up the problem of him already being neutered, so he shouldnt have the urge to do what he is doing, both our kittens are from a different litter and have an appt to be spayed and neutered next month so is this a heat or dominance issue and should we move up the appt? they are still small so idk if the vet would do it but it wouldnt hurt to ask, any ideas on why my cat is doing this? besides the fact he must be gay?

2 yr old Screams, I'm so desperate!!!?

I have a 2 year old boy whom just seems to lose it every once in a while and I am just not sure how to handle it to be honest. Nothing has seemed to work. The thing is it just comes out of nowhere. He is simply watchng cartoons and smiling and then all of a sudden burts out into a scream and begins crying, comes to me and hits me or head s me. I find this so abnormal, I had a talk with the Doctor and he doesn't seem to think that anything is wrong. My son doesn't speak very well yet so i'm not sure if that's the reason. Doctor says he is just being lazy and is choosing to not speak yet. He does say a few words but not as many as I have seen other 2 yr olds say. I am currently pregnant about to give birth next month and I find myself just getting so irritated at him doing this, and so I dont even know if maybe I am feeding into his behavior but honestly I dont know what else to do. I even cry out of desperation sometimes because it's a constant thing that he does throughout the day. Has anyone gone through this?

Were You Able to Be Yourself in School?

Yes and no. You can be who you are to a limit. If you find other people who are like yourself, or close enough, it's easier to be yourself. But sometimes, (unfortunately) you have to hold back because kids can be cruel and not accept you. I know its nutty and wrong but that is what the world can be like sometimes. I'm not gonna lie and say school is peachy perfect and people accept everyone. I wish it were true but it isn't. Try your hardest to be who you are and find friends with similar interests. 3 month old son is coughing so bad that he's gagging?

there's not too much you can do to keep him from coughing like that :[ my son just got over the same thing. his was due to allergies. i let him sleep in his swing so he could be more upright as opposed to laying flat in his crib. i did the vick's and the humidifier. it's really heart breaking. they just feel so awful! the best advise i can give is just love him. hold him and rock him and let him know you're there for him. keep giving him the medicines. try giving him some baby advil. it helped my son. i bet it hurts their little throats & chest to cough like that. i know mine hurts when i get like that. the advil will knock off some of the pain. but it's that time of year when allergies make everybody miserable. i just held my son and talked to him and brushed his hair. that seemed to at least calm him down. a lot of the times he would just fall asleep for a while on my chest. i hope your son gets to feeling better! it's like a whole new baby once they do feel better.

My doctor prescribed me prozac and risperdal for my ocd. (I have trichotillomania) When I search online it says there is a reaction between the two when taken together. Even when I picked them up from the pharmacy the pharmacist asked me what i was on risperdal for and he was wary about giving it to me. I am on 80 mg of prozac and have been since may. What can I do for a speeding ticket with a hold on my license?

I got a speeding ticket (35 in a 45) in California. I was overtaking another car to make a turn, didn't think I was going that fast really and that's when I got pulled over. The officer was a rude and even got the color of my car wrong. I planned on going to court, but missed the court date and now there's a hold on my driver's license. Want to go to court anyway to at least get the bail amount reduced ($549) or points not added to my record. Seriously folks, I can't understand why men and women both are so d*mn negative with respect to meeting new people, making new friends, and dating. The only plausible reason that i've been able to deduce is the fact that this city is inundated with no less than FIVE military bases and a whole boatload of evangelical fanatics. There truly is something VERY negative and sinister about the energy amongst the people here in the Pikes Peak region that I don't experience among people in other cities. I just can't quite put my finger on why that may be the case though. My main point in saying all of this is the fact that these people's negativity prevents newcomers like myself from making friends, dating, and establishing long lasting relationships. So this may be a little long, but I am friends with this guy and I really like him, obviously! Husband who dose not care about our son and son who sense getting home from the hospital is steadily losing..?

My son is 14 years old and he has never really had a high opinion of himself and his self esteem has always been extremely low. And we are still not really sure why he attempted suicide, in the first place the doctors think he may have manic depression. But he just got home because he was in the psychiatric ward and the hospital all for about 3 weeks or so. And well i will admit i have been smothering my son in love sense he got home, but i am also mad at my son that he did not come to me or my husband for help. And that bring me to my other problem my husband his dad acts like this is no big deal and that we should just go on with life like normal. None of my zebra finches (or other species of finches) ever lived that long. I had one live up to six years old, which I considered an accomplishment, since five years is the average. Congratulations that you had a 14 1/2 year old zebra finch. You must have done plenty of things right to have him live that long of a life. That is very rare. Is this another one of those "first cause paradoxes", which was first god or evil. If god is the creator, then why did he create evil or satan? I'm 36 now and really struggling with the hypocritical way my mother raised us. Yes I know she did the best to her ability with the hand she was dealt but it's really affecting me because their were 6 of us and i'm raising my daughter alone so my cirstances are different to my mums and she is always going on about how I should have and be raising her. The whole family dynamics are making me feel insane. I'm waiting to go to counceling but not sure how long it will take and at the moment i'm in no financial predicament thanks to the recession I have to stay close to my family. Well a lot of these album s are so old that if a rock opera of it was made now, it wouldn't be relevant. I find it interesting that you actually made a very diverse and interesting mix. It's interesting to see Iron Maiden, Weezer, and Lady Gaga together. Nice to see someone with diverse taste. I was told by a dentist I saw a few years ago that I have "hereditary hyper-decay disorder." Basically, although I take extraordinary care of my teeth... they get cavities all the time. I have mutliple fillings on every tooth, 4 root cs, two molar extractions, and need two more molar extractions. I had a root c on an upper molar about 2-1/2 years ago. I have never had it crowned (I know that I need to have this done) the molar below it was also a root c. I never had it crowned either and the tooth has rotted to just one small jut of tooth. I also grind my teeth at night, and have ground this tooth piece into the filled portion of the molar above it... now I have swollen gums on the outter portion of this molar... it feels almost like a liquid filled bubble, and is sensitive to touch... it feels like I am pushing the molar when I feel the swollen gum with my fingers. At this time in my life, I just do not have the funds for a dentist visit. Any suggestions?

When I watched this movie I immediately got the feeling that it was a social commentary...not just a superhero flick. And an EXTREMELY cynical view of society. Like the 'Sparkle Motion' where all the parents and audience members of the show applauding the young girls' dance (which was clearly viewed negatively if you look at how they describe the teacher), being compared side-by-side with Donnie burning down his house, making it almost as if society is applauding the act of arson. It's almost like a 'Catcher in the Rye' kind of philosophy, or Jean-Jacques-Rousseau-style. I find it fascinating, and can to some extent, and i think everyone can, relate to it.
