Can 2C-B induce seizures?

Around 2 AM this morning my roommate had a seizure. He'd snorted 2C-B around 10 PM earlier that night. This was the only chemical he ingested that day. My question to you, is 2C-B known to induce seizures in other cases, or was my roommate's seizure caused by something independent of the 2C-B? Any thoughts are appreciated.
