I have questions about STDS please help hlp me?

Ok, so my ex and i broke up because i saw a few bumps on his , and i asked him to get tested, and he got so upset that he dumped me and insisted it's not an STD, and that his ex brittinni had been tested and it turned out negative, when i tried to ask him what it was here's what he said "its not a std back about 5 years ago when i went i went through puberty i was a cronick mastibater they are spots of skin that kept getting riped open ans growing over and over to make the spots they arnt bumps its just a thick peice of skin and they all have been tested especially brittini cause she was haing period problems so she got tested about times n the two years i was with her and tested negitive to every thing and we had more unprotected than a married couple" so does anyone know if that could really happen? Please answer, i got tested today, and i'm really scared
