Math behind precession?

Does anyone know where I can find math to support the fact (about earth) that the 26000 year spin-axis precession and the 71000 year orbit precession causes a 41000 year oscillation in the tilt of the axis +/- 1.3 degrees. I'm currently reading Meeus' Astronomical Algorithms, but I'm not finding it very istive.
