Help am i scizophrenic.?

when i master**bate i hear voices, sometimes it sounds like a family member, other times the next door neighbor, as im masterb&ating i hear ""oooh yea:" and ahhh and stuff like that. sometimes i hear stuff once in awhile walkin around, never words just grunts and moans and weird stuff like that.
