Does he just not want to have with me?

My boyfriend and I have not had in over 6 months he hasnt even tried to make a move. He has diabetes but there are ways of resolving the issue like medication or maybe losing weight to get rid of the diabetes but he doesnt even try. I have brought the issue up several times but nothing has chnaged. Is he just not into me anymore ually why not just be honest and let me go?
