What can you do if you think your dog is oing into a stroke?

MY dog is a pre breed begle named cooky she is atleetle over wait. My dog s 65 years old (around there) And she does had a smarl stoke and that leads to a bigger stroke soon.So what can i do to stop her from going into a stroke. I wood take Her to a fet but i think they wood put her to sleep. So is such a good dog. And im starting to take her to the dog park and im going to get up in the moring and run with her pretty soon....
