Can animals (besides humans) become enlightened?

I think it is possible; sometimes we underestimate what their capable of... If you ever observe the capabilities of animals you would be quite surprised of what their capable of... I mean have you noticed all the tactics animals use to take down prey... and have you noticed that when humans impact on a certain species whether it is negative or positive... like if we feed say bears a lot, they will be will to abandon hunting prey and come to us for a easy meal which in their mindset are very adaptable to change their outlook... sat when humans poach tigers over a long time... consciously tigers learn to stay away from humans because their a threat to them... as you can see were all equals no matter what level of intelligence the species have... we are in fact animals... even though we taken ourselves out of the food chain and live a different method of living we will always be animals no matter how intelligent a species may be... we can all reach enlightenment in each species respective way...
