/stretch mark/pain issue.?

I'm 14, and my are something everyone seems to notice. Especially this 1 boy at my school, he has to tell people at random times about my stretch marks which i've come very sensitive about. I've been using Palmer's Firming er, but it doesn't seem to be helping as much as I thought. Is there anything else I sould use? I also have pains on the sides of my , like it's rough or something and I want to know what that could mean as well.
