Mary worshipng catholics, Im concerned about our all knowing protestants?

you see, so many of them loved mel gibsons "Pion of the Christ" many fundamentalists bought the movie the day it came out, and instructed their families to watch it. How is it then, that I can bare to tell them that this movie was based on hethenistic evil catholic ideas and visions. Sure enough Mel Gibson used more than just the bible, but used a great deal of the Catholics mystics works in creating this film as well, should one expect a huge "burning of The Pion DVD" soon?
