Having trouble weining!? please help!!!?

my 3 month old will NOT take a bottle! she wont drink powdered or liquid formula n she wont even take the bottle if its milk. when she was born she actually took the bottle at the hospital but ever since then i have been feeding n now she wont accept the bottle back. i have tried different bottles; Avent, Gerber, Playschool, n Soothies, but she doesnt like any. the green Soothie pacifier is the only thing other than me she likes. r there any other bottles that might be more "nipplelike/realistic" that i should try or does anyone have any tips on how to get her to like her bottles?
