How come Maryland is becoming a haven for illegal gangs with more on the way & the police cannot do anything?

The governor of Maryland loves illegals. He does anything he can to make their life easier and have easier access to any benefits available. It is shame too,I used to vacation in Maryland every year. I won't spend one penny in Maryland anymore. I don't want my money helping to fund their sanctuary policies.
