I've had a Paypal dispute since November and STILL it's going on? What should i do?

I'm in a similar situation to you. I've had a dispute open since the middle of November. Paypal did not ask for proof that the club I purchased was counterfeit until the beginning of January. All they say is that they're back logged with disputes.
